RPL Process

THE PROCESS

We have a step-by-step process that is easy to follow, and we will support you every step of the way! We provide you with comprehensive checklists for documentation that needs to be provided.

Please get in touch with us and send us the most relevant documents so we can assess your case and give you the best advice. You can also take our 30-second Free skills check to see if you are eligible. One of our team members will contact you within one business day.

We will provide you with a detailed list of what you can use as evidence and what documentation you need to provide for each unit of competency you want RPL for. We will review your documents and ensure they meet the requirements before proceeding to the next step.

We will go through the list of evidence and send everything to the RTO (Registered Training Organisation) so they can assess your documentation and map it against each unit of competency.

Once the RTO has processed your documentation, a trainer will contact you and organise an interview to ensure your confidence and ability to demonstrate the skills and knowledge you are getting RPL for.

This step is optional and depends on your occupation and what you are getting RPL for. If the assessor is happy with the interview’s outcome, you might not have to show your practical skills. If the trainer requires more evidence of your skills, he can ask you to return to the RTO and conduct a practical assessment.

After completing all the above steps, we will send you the outcome of your RPL request. We will also inform you if you need to get some gap training done for some of the units for a specific qualification or let you know which other qualifications you might be able to get.
